Electronic collections:

Most electronic resources are available to all members of the U of T community through the University of Toronto Libraries website.  Off-campus access requires a UTORid login. E-collections include:

  • Article databases
  • Full-text journals
  • E-books
  • E-newspapers
  • Online encyclopedias, dictionaries, directories, and handbooks

Graduating students: Off-campus access to UTL e-resources will continue until early September. After that, alumni can use a LIRA workstation on-campus.  Please note that the paid subscription service - Digital Library for Alumni ended on June 16, 2016.

Print collections:

  • Most of our print collections can be found on the 4th floor of the Inforum
  • Most items may be borrowed.

      This is a highly selective children’s book collection, with a focus primarily on books about information and cultural heritage organizations, selected classics for early to teen readers, and books that demonstrate special publishing or binding techniques.
